FAQ ABOUT RETURN PROCEDURES
1) REFUND REQUEST PROCEDURE 1) Send an e-mail request to return merchandise explaining the reason for the return. E-MAIL RETURN REQUEST TO: returns@mountainfables.com 2) You will be sent an acknowlegment of receipt and a very short questionairre offering choices for resolving your problem. 3) Next you will receive a second e-mail. If your preference for resolution is a refund you will be given a Return Aurhorization Number and a form that will have a space for your return shipment infomation: Carrier / Tracking #/ Insurance. You may return this e-mail using the reply button once you have shipped the package and completed the return shipping information. 3) You will receive an e-mail when your package has been received and checked in.
1) CREDIT/DEBIT: Your credit/debit card account will be credited via PayPal once the returned merchandise has been checked in. Credit can only be issued to the credit/debit card account that the origional purchase was made with. ................................... 2) CHECKS/MONEY ORDERS: Payments by check or money order will be issued a Postal Money Order made out to the person or company named on the origional purchase instument only. The refund will be mailed to physical address used for your origional purchase via The United States Post Office. Larger dollar amounts ($ 3,000.00 and above) may be refunded using a bank money order or certified check.
